JND extrusion blow molding machine is typically used to produce polycarbonate containers in volumes ranging from a few milliliters up to 300 liters. Both the extruder and the mold are manufactured in-house at our own facility, which make production of blow molded products an easy thing to do, regardless of the extrusion method being used, be it continuous or intermittent extrusion.
The extrusion blow molding machine can come with a hydraulic drive or a hybrid mechanism for motion control. A diverse range of plastic containers can be made with extrusion blow molding, from the smallest ampoule or tube, all the way up to beverage cans, cosmetic containers, large-mouth containers, and multi-layer co-extruded, corrugated plastic containers
